A graduate from the École de technologie supérieure, specializing in construction engineering, Sébastien Tremblay has over 20 years of industry experience in design-build projects, public-private partnerships and other alternative delivery models.

Prior to joining PCL, he worked for numerous other large construction and design firms, where he gained experience in project planning and work execution, as well as project and construction management. Throughout his career he has earned some of the highest honors and recognition in the industry including the  Association of Consulting Engineers of Quebec (AICQ) LEONARD award in 2010 and 2012, as well as the Project Management Institute (PMI) Montréal ELIXIR award those same years.

Sébastien encourages his team to create valuable partnerships and strongly believes in the power of collaboration to achieve his clients’ goals.
