As our executive lead for Toronto, Geoff is complemented by Monique Buckberger, vice president and district manager, and Myke Badry, vice president and district manager who make up Toronto’s three-person management team. Under their leadership, we’re building the future of PCL’s Toronto District. 

A top 40 Under 40 alumnus armed with diverse experience on signature projects and leadership roles across Canada, Geoff has overall responsibility for district operations in the Greater Toronto Area and southwestern Ontario. Geoff’s passion for construction and commitment to mentorship will make a lasting impact as we build the future of Toronto. 

Monique brings deep skills and fresh insights to PCL’s Buildings, Civil and Special Projects operations in southwestern Ontario. With extensive market experience, Monique pushes boundaries and models the way for the next generation of builders while focusing on driving value to clients by fostering mutually beneficial partnerships that lead to success.

Following his start in the trades and consulting, Myke has progressed in senior leadership roles across Canada, including oversight of some of PCL’s most notable projects. The executive sponsor of PCL Toronto’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion team, Myke is passionate about mentoring, building relationships and making our communities better places to live.
