The Tarpon Bay restaurant at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa in Bonita Springs, Florida, is a sought-after dining destination for both locals and tourists, celebrated for its fresh seafood and welcoming ambiance. PCL was entrusted with enhancing the guest experience by transforming key areas of the restaurant, including the bar, restrooms, main dining spaces, and outdoor seating.

To improve accessibility, PCL incorporated an ADA-compliant path of travel and renovated the public lobby restrooms to meet ADA standards. Additionally, the team enclosed the existing outdoor seating area, seamlessly integrating it into the restaurant’s design to provide a more comfortable and cohesive dining environment.
