This special designation recognizes Alberta employers that lead their industries in offering exceptional places to work. We’ve won this award 13 times since the competition began in 2006, this year marking the ninth consecutive time.

Selection is based on eight criteria: physical workspace; work atmosphere; health, financial and family benefits; vacation and time off; employee communications; performance management; training skills and development; and community involvement.

Alberta’s Top Employers is organized by Canada’s Top 100 Employers project, a national competition to determine the employers with the best workplaces. PCL was named one of Canada’s Top 100 Employers in November — for the 11th year in a row.
