The Bowness Dental project included the construction of a 4,900-square-foot wood-framed, single-story base building and the fit-out of a 2,500-square-foot clinic.

The clinic is complete with a reception, seating, and finance area in addition to offices, washrooms, a staff room, a sterilization and preparation station, laboratory and eight treatment rooms.

The project team was able to condense the schedule by fast-tracking the completion of the interior tenant fit-out while completing the building envelope and exterior works at the same time. This schedule acceleration allowed adherence to the client’s budget.

PCL was also able to assist with coordination of the client-supplied equipment to ensure the space and services would achieve the client’s intent.
