PCL’s Special Projects division delivered this light industrial 54,000-square-foot, multi-tenant commercial rental unit (CRU) base building on a fast-tracked schedule. The project includes related site works, landscaping, site concrete and asphalt paving. To fast-track construction and control risk from a high-water table, the team proposed a continuous flight auger pile alternative. The alternative proved beneficial and allowed PCL to meet the owner’s aggressive schedule.
