As one of the largest banks in Canada, the Royal Bank of Canada serves over 16 million clients and offers services such as banking, wealth management, investing, insurance and capital markets. The renovation of their 8^th and Goodwin branch included interior and exterior upgrades including new glazing, facia and enhancements to the drive-through canopy. 

To accommodate the client’s vision, the bank remained fully operational throughout construction.

Our Special Projects division performed work after-hours, used fixed hoardings, and utilized swing and night shifts to isolate the work away from the public. This solution-provider approach of phased planning resulted in a successfully renovated bank that provided cost and schedule savings.
