Passionate about driving value to clients and building resilient communities, Todd brings 27 years of experience in the construction industry to his role as president and chief operating officer, corporate services. Todd began his career as an estimator in the Regina District in 1996 and transferred to the Ottawa District in 2000, where he managed the district’s special projects division. In 2006, he was promoted to the Winnipeg District to assume the role of construction manager for the iconic Canadian Museum for Human Rights before progressing to district manager for Saskatoon in 2012. This was quickly followed by a succession of executive roles in BC, Toronto and, most recently, as President, Eastern Canada, responsible for PCL’s Toronto, Montreal and Solar districts.
With a specialty in P3 and EPC projects, Todd has been responsible for major building projects totaling more than $8 billion, as well as overseeing over $1 billion of solar projects across Canada, the United States and Australia. Todd studied architectural engineering at the Saskatchewan Institute of Applied Science and Technology and is Gold Seal certified in project management by the Canadian Construction Association.
