Collaborating with key stakeholders, she ensures that each fast-paced smaller-scale project is completed efficiently and flexibly. A natural leader, Melissa finds fulfillment in leading her teams from project start to finish.

Experienced in various project types, Melissa skillfully leverages the breadth and diversity of PCL’s subcontractor relationships to generate targeted solutions that respond to client needs. By leveraging the right local resources and right sizing her teams, she provides the responsiveness required to successfully deliver compact and complex projects. 

Melissa is passionate about building communities and believes in the importance of being a steward, inside of work and out. Whether it’s joining the leadership committee for a PCL build initiative, volunteering with her children’s sports teams, or judging national figure skating competitions – she is building a better future for all.
