Edmonton, Alberta (March 25, 2025) – PCL Construction is pleased to announce that Andrew Moles has been promoted to vice president and general manager for our Solar Division.

Andrew is entrusted with the overall operational leadership of all solar energy projects undertaken by PCL across Canada, the United States and Australia. With an unwavering commitment to the renewable energy industry, he sets the bar high for himself and his team, upholding the highest ethical standards and a deep dedication to benefiting the communities we serve.

With over 18 years of experience at PCL and more than 15 years in the solar industry, Andrew has played a pivotal role in the delivery of solar and battery energy storage system (BESS) projects, totaling over $8.3 billion ($8.3B CAD, $5.8B USD, $9.3B AUS) in value. Andrew has served as a board member and vice-chair of the Utility-Scale Solar Division of the US Solar Energy Industries Association and as a board member of the Canadian Solar Industries Association.
