HONOLULU, Hawaii (March 23, 2023) – Nordic PCL Construction was awarded two projects in Hawaii: Halawa View Apartments phase 2 and 3 and Hilton Grand Vacations Maui Bay Villas phase 2. Both projects add to the company’s extensive portfolio within the hospitality and residential markets in Hawaii.

The $120 million Halawa View Apartments project is located on a three-acre site in Halawa on the island of Oahu and will include a seven-level podium parking garage and 302 residential units ranging from studio to four-bedrooms. Community spaces will include a fitness center, laundry center and a resident sky lounge.

This public-private partnership project will help to alleviate the demand for affordable housing in Hawaii and aligns with the Halawa Area Transit-Oriented Development Plan developed by the City and County of Honolulu by increasing density near the light rail station servicing the Aloha Stadium Entertainment District.

The Maui Bay Villas will include the second phase of construction on this all-suite luxury timeshare resort. Nordic PCL will build 94 suites spread across three multi-story wood-framed timeshare buildings. Once complete, the 27-acre resort will encompass luxury suites along with a clubhouse, pool and beach club.
