LOS ANGELES, Calif. (July 23, 2024) – PCL Construction Services, Inc. announces key leadership appointments to support operations across the Southern California region. With offices strategically located in Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego, PCL delivers iconic large- and small-scale projects for a variety of clients in the building market, including sports and entertainment, higher education and multifamily residential. These organizational changes come amidst PCL’s ongoing projects like the Crypto.com Arena and Orange County Health Care Agency Headquarters Campus, along with upcoming projects like the University of California San Diego’s RIMAC Arena expansion and City of West Hollywood AIDS Monument.
- Mike Headrick – senior vice president and district manager. Brings 27 years of experience at PCL to oversee building operations throughout California, including Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego. Recognized as a leading professional who is “Thriving in Their 40s” by the Los Angeles Business Journal.
- Thai Nguyen – district manager. As one of ENR California’s Top 20 Under 40 and a nearly 20-year tenure with the company, Thai will oversee building operations for PCL’s Los Angeles office. Additionally, Thai will continue to support PCL’s Orange County office, ensuring a seamless transition and ongoing collaboration across key markets.
- Jeyre Lewis – area manager. Brings experience from the entertainment industry to oversee various projects in Orange County. Notably recognized by Engineering News-Record as a National Top 20 Under 40.
- Ally Forster – manager, Special Projects. With experience managing high-profile projects with tight timelines, Ally will manage special projects, projects ranging from $10,000 to $15 million, for PCL’s Los Angeles office.
Lucas Mallory, a seasoned 20-year veteran of PCL, continues to serve as area manager for PCL’s San Diego office.
