American Savings Bank, Hawaii’s third largest bank, opened their new Maui flagship branch with the help of Nordic PCL’s Special Projects division. The 10,000-square-foot branch features a modern aesthetic with local art featured in the entry that helps their clients feel at ease when addressing their financial needs.  

We used the Last Planner® System to simplify design management and make all tasks visually available for each discipline. This fostered a deeper understanding of the project scope as well as immediate and long-term tasks to meet the client’s vision.
