Located in St. Paul, Minnesota, the new facility for Baldinger Bakery supplies bread products for restaurant chains across North America. With a desire to build and operate keeping the environment in mind, the new state-of-the-art facility achieved LEED Silver certification. Constructed with a multitude of sustainable features and benefits, the bakery includes energy-efficient roofing, low-VOC paints and adhesives, Forest Stewardship Council wood products, and water-efficient practices.

Included in the nearly 145,000-square-foot facility were production lines, silos for flour storage and freezer storage. Additionally, the team constructed a 19-bay loading dock and 12,000 square feet of office space, conference rooms, and gowning rooms. Space for the future addition of two production lines was also included in the scope of the project.
