As the largest mall in Southern Saskatchewan, Cornwall Centre isn’t fit for downtime. Many shoppers rely on Cornwall Centre as the only Regina venue hosting almost 30 name brand stores that are unique in the city.

In an effort to minimize disruptions and inconveniences to mall tenants and customers, we carefully sequenced and accelerated work throughout the renovation. Renovations included demolition of the existing Sears department store, addition of new tile flooring and a new ceiling in the food court. We used StructionSite, a 360-degree photographic tool, to document existing conditions before and after construction. This allowed the client to  keep tenants updated on existing conditions and also provides a historical record that can be referenced for future construction plans.
