The Klamath Falls Warehouse and Logistics Facility project is a new pre-engineered metal building that serves as a logistics hub facilitating deliveries across Southern Oregon. As part of a larger initiative, this project was one of four similar facilities constructed across three states for the same client, all within a tight timeframe. Each facility's construction began within a month of the others and was completed in December 2024.

The Klamath Falls project utilized a pre-engineered metal building design to optimize expedited construction and operational efficiency. During preconstruction, the originally selected trade partner for the sitework package was replaced with a new team late in the process. While this could have delayed the project significantly, through effective collaboration and intensive effort, the PCL team swiftly integrated the new partner into the team. This proactive approach ensured the project remained on schedule and maintained quality standards.

For both PCL and the client, safety is the number one priority on any jobsite. The PCL team adhered to both client and internal safety protocols, which were seamlessly integrated into the project execution plan. The Klamath Falls Warehouse and Logistics Facility was delivered successfully, meeting the client’s expectations for safety, schedule and budget. This project showcases the PCL's ability to adapt to unforeseen challenges, prioritize client needs and deliver high-quality results in a demanding timeline.
