Miller’s Landing is a proposed new commercial development. Situated atop an old landfill, the land required extensive remediation before construction.  

The Miller’s Landing Phase 1A Grading project included relocation and grading of 140,000 cubic yards of material. Grading was completed in phases to allow potential developers and tenants to explore the finalized sections of the property. In the end, more than 27 acres were prepared for the development.
