The redevelopment of Richardson Plaza in Winnipeg consisted of removing exterior granite panels around the building, including the insulation fill and water proofing and installing new complete cast-in-place concrete panels. With previous water leaks within the concourse below the plaza, it was important for us to eliminate the water leakage while updating the finished Plaza.

While the original scope was specific to waterproofing, our teams also updated the landscape in Winnipeg’s changing downtown. More than 1,000  800 pound paving stones were removed during the redevelopment.
