Every project must start with a solid foundation. Uponor Annex’s renovation started with more than a great building footprint; it started with a long-standing partnership. Our industry knowledge and Uponor’s expertise has continuously brought us together on a variety of projects over the years, with this project extending our partnership even further.  

We transformed an old bus garage into Uponor’s new manufacturing home. The facility fit the unique combination of spaces required and kept the environment in mind by achieving LEED® certification. The project’s sustainable elements include solar panels and roof water storage tanks to further enhance its environmental efforts.   

The new space set up Uponor for growth while directly benefiting the local community by increasing the workforce.
